Listing images are subject to one time usage license. You cannot resell them or give them over to another agent without asking permission from your photographer.
If we are approached by a media outlet we will use our images and may ask your permission but we still own the images after you have purchased the 1 time usage license.
Our goal is to take photos that make your listings truly shine. But selling a house can be a stressful process, and while some sellers may obsess over the details, many more details can get lost in the chaos... (like closing the toilet seat, turning off ceiling fans, or hiding medications.) So we put together a simple checklist that remembers it all for you.
